My husband Joey and I have had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Jim Stanton of the Sutton Group Realty since June 2012. The relationship was the result of an enquiry I made from his website 2 years before we actually decided to sell and buy a house.
He called me after my enquiry and I told him that I would sell in the next 2 years. He maintained his contact with me by regularly sending me to follow up emails or even just to say hello. So when we finally decided to sell our home, he was the first person that came to my mind.
He came to visit our home to assess the property and at the next meeting we had, he provided us with a thorough report on the real estate market in our area and explained to us the process of selling and buying and all other relevant information. Our house was put up for sale immediately after we signed the seller/buyer agreement.
Jim was very accommodating with our schedules. For the selling part, his team was prompt in letting us know if there are showings scheduled. He was able to arrange a number of showings till we found the right buyer for our house. For the buying part, Jim also helped us look for the house we wanted. When he was not available, a member of his team would take us around to see houses till we finally found the right one.
Overall, Jim is reliable, prompt, approachable, knowledgeable and able to answer questions related to selling and buying a house. Selling and buying a house can be the most stressful time in a couple's life but Jim was able to put us at ease whenever we have uncertainties and anxieties as we went through the whole process of selling and buying a house.
Most of all, I appreciate his personal touch because he did not only consider us as a client but also a friend.
